The simple truth about premature ejaculation is, many men struggle with it and have no idea how to handle it. Some men are not even sure whether they do have issues with this sexual dysfunction. So how can you overcome this problem and what’s more, is it at all possible to control premature ejaculation?

When could you be considered a premature ejaculator?

There are some men that ejaculate the second they make penetration or just a couple of thrust there after. This is certainly classed as PE. If you are a man that reaches climax within the first minute after penetration, this is a premature ejaculation. If you ejaculate after a few minutes, this is not a PE, you maybe just racing to the gate and this is down to self control and your mindset. If you are reaching your climax in a few minutes, you have enough time to take control of the situation and to prolong it, if you really want to. If you asked your partner whether you should slow down some, I am sure you know what her answer would be! However, all is not lost and it really is not hard to control premature ejaculation.

Talking about asking your partner, let us face it, she should take priority and you should hold back at least, until she has come to an orgasm or is close to it. I know that there are men out there that say they cannot control premature ejaculation until their partner has come to climax. We would be talking roughly between 5 to 20 minutes for most women. That makes it easy to understand why a huge percentage of women are not happy in their sex life. This obviously does not mean that she has no feelings for him however, she is left alone with her emotions and fantasies and when this happens repeatably, the situation can take a turn for the worst and have a massive effect on the relationship.

How can we control premature ejaculation and satisfy our partner?

Some men take to the pharmaceuticals and use pills, creams and sprays that can be purchased on the high street in drug stores and adult erotic shops. These desensitising products most certainly do work however, they can be very expensive and they do not give you a long term solution to your problem. There is then another problem that arises when using these products. They work on the simple basis, in that they numb your genitals, stop you from getting aroused and reaching your climax to quick. You just will not have as much fun with sex as you did before and that having been said, would your partner really enjoy it?

As I mentioned earlier, a great way to work around your PE would be to concentrate totally on your partner. Make sure she is sexually aroused and maybe even short before her orgasm before you even think of penetration. Use everything you have to your disposal, fingers, tongue and mouth and full body contact to get her aroused before you jump into the final act. It really is a mindset thing and if you really wish to please her above all and put yourself in second place, the 5 to 25 minutes most women need can be reduced drastically reduced.

You can train to control premature ejaculation if you sincerely want to know how!

Some men just want to penetrate and get into top gear before she even knows what happening. The penis is the last thing she needs to arouse her sexually. Plenty of foreplay and oral sex is a great way to start and if you stay aware of what’s happening around you and build her sexual participation to the max, you will know when your time has come.

There are no problems, there are only solutions!

If you suffer from premature ejaculation and really want to take control of the situation, leave your penis out of play until the last minute. Satisfy your partner. Find out what she likes and wants. Take control of the situation with her in mind and at the last minute, you can race to the final goal. Premature Ejaculation is not as complicated as most men think and I kid you not, with a little effort on your part, it is possible to control premature ejaculation.

Here are 7 of the questions I’m most asked about Generalized Anxiety Disorder…

1. WHAT IS GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER?

GAD is a chronic condition which leaves the sufferer with overwhelming anxiety and fear on a daily basis. They are normally fully aware they are continually anxious and fearful, but can’t stop themselves from worrying and thinking the worst about a variety of things, situations and events, in a way that far outweighs their significance.

2. WHO IS AT RISK?

To be diagnosed with general anxiety disorder you usually have had to had the symptoms continually for at least 6 months. GAD normally develops gradually over time. It most often first appears in childhood or adolescence, although it can strike in adults. It is more common in females than males and if there has been GAD in the family line before, you are more at risk.

3. WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER?

Apart from the symptoms such as always being stressed and unable to relax, there are other signs such as sleeping problems, headaches, irritability, lightheadedness, nausea, hot flashes, sweating, twitching, shaking, depression, etc. There may also be a frequent need to urinate.

4. HOW IS IT CAUSED?

This is a tough one, as there is a variety of medical opinion on it. But there seems to be a common understanding that generalized anxiety disorder may be caused by genetics (family history), brain chemistry (chemical imbalances in the brain) or environmental conditions (death in the family, changing jobs / school, abuse, the use / withdrawal from addictive drugs, etc.).

5. HOW IS IT TREATED?

Most people will be prescribed drug-based medications to help manage their mood and calm them down. Typical are antidepressants and tranquilizers, although beta-blockers can be given for some of the more physical symptoms.

6. ARE THE DRUGS EFFECTIVE AND WHAT ABOUT SIDE EFFECTS?

They can be effective for many patients, but they are used to help ‘manage’ your condition, so there is no guarantee that when treatment is stopped you won’t relapse back into your condition. They do have some nasty side effects like nausea, stomach problems, drowsiness, slurred speech, confusion, dizziness, lightheadedness, memory loss, blurred vision, and so on. And, of course, there can be long term dependency issues.

7. ARE THERE NATURAL ALTERNATIVES FOR GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER?

There are many alternative therapies for GAD such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), modelling treatment, psychotherapies, hypnotherapy, counselling, etc. Talk to your doctor about these other options. And there are homeopathic and herbal remedies that more and more sufferers are turning to as well. Talk to your local experts in these fields for expert information.

But the key to curing General Anxiety Disorder is to get rid of the continual fear that is carried around. This fear is so profound that it can actually trigger panic attacks. And the symptoms of panic attacks are so horrifying that your fear increases even more because you don’t want to have another attack. This has been referred to as your anxiety cycle, which needs to be broken to get to a permanent cure.

It might really have been frustrating and depressing when you found out that your child has ADHD. Well, let us face it, your child looks normal, your child looks healthy so how in the world did he happen to have ADHD. Having these thoughts, it is likely that you will undergo denial. However, this will not long and you will have to accept the fact that your child really has ADHD. When you have overcome these phases, you start asking questions and looking for professionals who can help you.

After visiting a doctor, another professional who you may come across during your journey of looking for someone who understands and can help are the Occupational therapists. After a series of arrangements, your child will eventually be evaluated by these professionals. But do you know how they evaluate your child? Are you not curious? Well, there are actually a lot of ways of conducting an ADHD evaluation. At first, the Occupational therapist may schedule an interview with you and your child. If your child is old enough, questions may also be directed to your child. The questions during the interview are a means of the therapist to know your child. Of course, this interview may be conducted in a clinic, meaning that the child is not in his/her natural environment. This is why the therapist may ask questions about your child’s behavior at home and his/her relationship with you, his/her friends or with the school teacher. During an interview with you, the therapist may let the child go on into free play. Do not be confused. This is not only to keep your child occupied but this is actually when the therapist starts observing your child. Through free play, the therapist may see how your child interacts with other people and with the environment, and this is significant. Apart from these, the therapist may use models or checklists to evaluate your child. One of these is the delineation model. Using this, the Occupational therapist will know the client’s Occupational profile, safety awareness and judgment family dynamics, handwriting functions and even executive functions. The Occupational therapist’s goal during the evaluation is to check for your child’s performance skill, and observe to see where the breakdown in the activity happens and what causes it. Then, they will focus on the cause of the breakdown to help your child function normally.

Having known this, you may now relax your mind because your child is in good hands. As you are also allowed to watch while your child is being evaluated, there is no need to worry about what may happen to your child. Everything that the therapist does will be explained to you and it will be properly documented.

In the movies, the heroine always wakes up looking perfectly refreshed and gorgeous. Sure, she may have Hollywood magic on her side, but the rest of us have a potent beauty weapon too: sleep!

In this fast paced life, we often miss out on one basic need of our beauty requirement – beauty sleep. Beauty Sleep is a term we have heard often and wondered if it’s a fact or just a myth? We might have heard this phrase from a celebrity or in jokes, but the truth is that Beauty Sleep is a real deal and we all need it. A good diet and lots of exercise is a must for a healthy body and beautiful skin, but did you know that sleep is a requisite too? When you sleep, your body is getting more than just rest; your skin is actually repairing and healing itself!

• Make your bedroom inviting, nurturing, and peaceful. Make sure it is dark, quiet, and at a comfortable temperature.

• Keep a regular sleep schedule for going to bed and getting up in the morning, even during the weekend. Regularity breeds good sleep.

• Relax before bedtime. If you’re working until you drop into bed, your brain won’t easily shut off. Instead, read a book, soak in a tub, and listen to soothing music in the half hour to hour before you retire for the night.

• Don’t make your bedroom into a multipurpose room, such having a computer or TV in it. When you enter your bedroom, the signal to your mind should be nothing but “rest” and “sleep.”

• Eliminate distractions, such as a bright digital clock, and reduce electromagnetic field exposure from computers, a television, electric blanket, and electronic equipment.

• If you don’t fall asleep in the first hour after you go to bed, get up and do something boring until you feel sleepy again. But don’t watch TV or eat or drink!

• Don’t eat, drink alcohol or caffeine (tea, coffee, hot chocolate), smoke, or exercise in the 2 to 4 hours before bed. All of these are stimulants.

• If you have a snoring partner, experiment with over-the-counter snoring aids, such a nose strips.

• Make sure your mattress and pillows are comfortable. Most of us don’t replace them often enough, which can lead to back and neck problems. Launder sheets and blankets often.

Some of my friends try lots of ways to keep their beautiful skin and good style. If you want to become a beautiful girl try it .

Do you agonize the start of another panic attack?

It is imperative to snuff out these self imposed restrictions and rub out the anxiety that is repressing your life and restricting it from its true capability.

body:

It might develop right out of the blue. You’re in a mall or sitting at a traffic light when your muscles vigorously tighten and your heart starts to pound. Don’t go haywire, it’s not a heart attack. It’s basically a panic attack and it won’t hurt you.

Panic attacks could very well be both confusing and nightmarish, but they’re not uncommon. It is estimated that millions of people have at least one every year.

What is a panic attack?

More than basically a sentiment of anxiety, a panic attack will spawn dramatic physical symptoms.

Everyone experiences panic differently, but a heap of people witness extreme dread joined by a wide range of bodily sensations that may quite possibly include anything from nausea or dizziness to a racing heart or trembling.

Panic could very well arise unforeseen or little by little and normally lasts less than 20 minutes.

What triggers a panic episode?

Scientists imagine that panic events commence from our brain’s “fight or flight” system gone wild.

They normally transpire in the event of a major life change, such as a new job or added responsibilities akin to the birth of a child.

Panic episodes might also follow on the heels of a traumatic happenstance.

What is panic disorder?

Panic attacks are so horrible that those afflicted will do nearly anything to duck another one.

Someone who once had a panic incident on a plane can very well resolve never to fly ever again.

But that fretting may quite possibly grow into other fears. That same plane phobic could potentially emerge to mistrust cars and buses also.

People with panic disorder, where attacks are a recurring dilemma, feel always unresistant, which forces them to be wary.

This causes people to make changes in their behavior so that not to do anything that can ignite a panic event.

They have a spine-chilling feeling that at any moment, they will endure a major attack. It’s a horror of the ultimate panic attack. The one that may very well push them over the edge.

Close to a third of occasional panic attack sufferers will continue to develop panic disorder.

What can I do?

The healing of anxiety is ordinarily shackled because of worry. When the terror and confusion are out of the way, the body will rebuild itself in a moderately short length of time.

Here are some things you should grasp.

Panic attacks start from fear. If you eliminate the fear, they have nothing to grow on.

Panic can not kill you!

While medication and therapy could work better for some people, it is possible to remove panic without medication.

If you’ve been feeling blue, knowing the signs of depression will help you decide if you need help. Since depression usually doesn’t get better on its own, you will also learn about the treatment options: pharmaceutical medications and alternative medicines.

Depression Signs

Feeling sad or blue

Sense of hopelessness

Crying, seemingly for no reason

Difficulty sleeping

Loss of interest in life and daily activities

Trouble concentrating

Trouble making decisions

Unexplained weight gain or weight loss

Irritable or easily annoyed

Loss of sexual desire

Thoughts of suicide

Feelings of worthlessness

It’s important to understand that signs of depression can vary with individuals, between genders and age groups. The key to diagnosing depression is that a number of the symptoms must persist over time. You do not have to show all the symptoms above to be diagnosed with depression.

If you show any of the depression signs above, there is help. The most common forms of treatment include prescription drugs, behavioral therapy and alternative medicines.

Using prescription drugs to treat depression signs is effective for some people. As you may know, the problem is that there are troubling side effects associated with prescription medications and these side effects may actually worsen depression and lead to suicide. Make sure to know all the side effects and drug interactions before taking any medication. Also, it’s important to know that drugs only mask the symptoms; they do not heal what causes depression.

Behavioral therapy is used to treat the signs of depression by teaching people coping skills that will help them get beyond the symptoms. The idea here is that if you do better, you will feel better. Although therapy with a caring therapist can be helpful, it is most effective when supplemented by a remedy that helps increase the feel-good neurotransmitters in the brain.

This is where the third treatment for depression signs comes in. Natural medicine can be used to elevate mood, increase motivation and renew your interest in life. Since holistic medicine is all natural, it has no side effects. Better still, by supplying the brain with the nutrients it needs, proper function will be restored over time, so eventually, you can stop taking the natural remedy. Wouldn’t you rather take something that heals your condition, rather than something that just suppresses the symptoms?

When looking for a good natural remedy, look for one that contains Passion Flower and St. John’s Wort which have been proven in clinical trials to reduce the signs of depression. Make sure the remedy contains standardized ingredients to ensure that each dose is the same and that the company offers a money-back guarantee. Companies that offer a one-year, money-back guarantee are those who have done their research, proven their product’s effectiveness and are willing to stand behind it with an iron-clad guarantee.

Only you can decide which treatment is best for reducing your signs of depression, but it’s important to understand that drugs are not the only, nor always the best option.

The pace of life in virtually all Western societies can at times feel insanely fast with no comfort in sight. But we should not be amazed by this if you are extremely busy with your job and maybe a family; not to mention the global economic climate with all the uncertainties. It is safe to say that all of us have wondered where our planet is heading. Panic attacks are extremely common among millions of people in Western societies. Even in simple societies there are stress levels associated with the normal tasks of living. The thing to hold in mind about panic attacks is there are different kinds, and most people possibly have no earthly concept as to what they are.

Remember that a panic attack results out of the mind/body connection. One extremely important part of the puzzle is that our body takes action to stress in its own way, and then your mind takes over and even further complicates the issue. There is essentially a cycle that commences, and your mind will generate more anxiety indicators in your body. Fast breathing in reaction to anxiety takes place with a lot of people with genuine panic attack. Furthermore, another fairly usual symptom entails becoming very hot or even cold, and that can be localized to certain parts of the body. Yet another very important point is overall the mind is also experiencing a fear reaction because the person does not recognize or understand what is occurring. We all have the fundamental instinct to either put up a fight or run, but there are extreme physiological reactions that occur in that condition.

If you encounter such symptoms, perhaps the best thing to do right away is realize what may be taking place. After that, take concrete steps to relax as much as possible. You can have a seat if practical, then concentrate on your breathing with long, calm breaths. But you should not over-do the inhaling and exhaling. While you inhale, do not hold the breath and avoid exerting a lot of pressure on your lungs. Breathe deeply and just enough that it feels like a typical amount of air. This basic and well known strategy will go far to help minimize the overall anxiety feeling and will calm down your body.

Also, to boost the effect, be sure to utilize your imagination and think comforting thoughts. If doable, close your eyes when you imagine, but do be cautious that if you feel light-headed or dizzy, then closing your eyes may not be suggested. If you can sit, then breath and visualize with eyes closed. This sort of imaging exercise will also help you to calm down. In addition, while you are breathing in, then carefully instruct your body to relax and feel soothed. When you give yourself these guidelines, use very short one or even two word instructions. You may be surprised to know that large numbers of people suffer from panic attacks. Just think about all the people who live with them and never chat to their doctor about it. It is merely a result of our incredibly fast-paced way of life.

A disorder characterized by loud sounds that come from the back of the mouth during breathing in sleep and in the absence of impaired breathing.

This disorder is differentiated from the Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome, in which loud snoring is associated with impaired Ventilation during sleep, sleep disruption and abnormal cardiovascular features.

Usually, primary snoring is noted by a disturbed bed partner.

The snorer is typically unaware of the loud snoring; however, there may be a brief gasp or choking sensation at the termination of a loud snore.

The snoring is usually rhythmical, with a continuous sound made during inspiration and expiration that can be worsened by body position, such as sleeping on the back. Sometimes this form of snoring is eliminated when the snorer lies on the side. Any disorder that produces narrowing of the upper airway, such as enlarged tonsils, acute rhinitis or upper respiratory tract infections, may exacerbate or bring out the tendency for primary snoring.

Medications that impair arousal, such as Hypnotics or Alcohol, may also exacerbate the tendency for snoring.

Often the development of snoring is associated with increasing weight gain and can be relieved in many patients by loss of body weight.

Snoring is more common in males than in females and is most common for both groups in the elderly population over the age of 65 years.

However, snoring may occur at any age and may be seen in infancy, but it is more commonly seen in children associated with tonsillar or Adenoid enlargement before or around the time of puberty.

Polysomnographic monitoring helps to distinguish primary snoring from the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.

Upper Airway Obstruction is not present during sleep, and the sleep episode is normal without arousals or awakenings, nor is there evidence of oxygen desaturation or associated cardiac Arrhythmias.

Very often the snoring is more pronounced during Rem Sleep.

Snoring can produce social consequences, such as embarrassment and even marital discord.

The sleep of a bed partner is liable to be disrupted, particularly if the bed partner is a light sleeper or has Insomnia.

Primary snoring may be treated by means of behavioral measures, such as the avoidance of smoking, alcohol or large meals before sleep.

Sleeping on the side rather than on the back often lessens the severity of snoring.

It may be necessary for a bed partner to use earplugs or use a noise machine to muffle the sound of snoring.

Sometimes a bed partner may try to fall asleep earlier in the night than the snorer so that the sounds of snoring do not interfere with sleep onset.

If the above behavioral means are ineffective in removing the snoring, consideration can be given to surgical relief of the upper airway obstructive lesions, such as removal of enlarged tonsils or redundant nasal mucosa.

Treatment of upper respiratory tract infections, or the use of nasal decongestants or antihistamines, may be helpful.

Specialized operative procedures, such as the Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty operation, may be effective in reducing the snoring in many patients; however, careful selection is necessary as not all patients will respond to this procedure.
